SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to SMS/MMS communications from Excel Electrical, operated by Excel Lighting & Electrical Supply Co.

SMS Program Description

Excel Electrical uses SMS/MMS messaging to communicate with customers, contractors, electricians, trade professionals, and other customers who have consented to receive text messages from us.

Messages may relate to customer inquiries, quotes, product requests, product availability, projects, orders, order status, pickups, deliveries, accounts, and customer support.

SMS/MMS messaging is intended to provide direct, conversational communication between Excel Electrical and customers regarding their business with us.

Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from Excel Electrical, you consent to receive text messages related to the purposes described above at the mobile phone number you provided.

Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Excel Electrical.

Providing a mobile phone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive SMS/MMS messages. Excel Electrical obtains consent before beginning SMS/MMS communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, quotes, projects, orders, deliveries, account activity, and customer-support needs.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent and received through the Excel Electrical SMS/MMS program.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS/MMS messages from Excel Electrical at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request has been processed, Excel Electrical will no longer send SMS/MMS messages to that number unless you subsequently provide consent to receive messages again.

Privacy

Your personal information and mobile information are handled in accordance with the Excel Electrical Privacy Policy.

Mobile information, SMS/MMS opt-in information, and text messaging consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside the control of Excel Electrical.

Availability of SMS Service

SMS/MMS messaging may not be available on all mobile devices or through all wireless carriers. Excel Electrical does not guarantee that SMS/MMS communications will always be available, timely, or error-free.

Changes to These SMS Terms

Excel Electrical may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued participation in the SMS program after an update is subject to the then-current SMS Terms & Conditions.
